Nourished by Mal recommends starting off with a Holistic Consultation or Nourished Custom Facial for your first treatment.

During your consultation we will review your current routine, your health history, your lifestyle habits, your diet, your stress levels, & more! You’ll have the opportunity to ask all your skin questions. After your consultation (virtual or in person), you will receive a customized skincare routine with product recommendations, lifestyle recommendations, & extra tips & tricks to manage your skin concerns. You will have access to continued support & the option to book a follow up call 4-6 weeks after your initial consultation.

They are not. Your products are purchased separately from your consultation. After your consultation, you will have access to high quality products that are only available to purchase through a licensed professional. I will provide you with the purchase links and the products will be shipped right to your door, or you can schedule a pick up at the studio.

Your customized plan can be targeted to treat acne, sensitized skin, dry skin, unbalanced skin, irregular pigmentation, aging concerns, and/or overall skin health.
Have you had a diagnosis for rosacea, lupus, eczema, or psoriasis? Your customized treatment plan will include condition specific recommendations to help you manage your condition.

Failure to give 24 hour notice for reschedules or cancellation will result in a 50% of service fee. Please communicate, “no shows” will result in a 50% of service fee and you may be asked to make a deposit to reschedule. The right to refuse service is granted if the cancellation policy is not respected. 

Late Policy: I will always try to accommodate you but please expect that I am booked back to back. If you are late, your service time will be shortened. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not have time to complete the service and you may be asked to reschedule. This will result in a reschedule fee of 50% of the service. This fee does not go towards your future service cost. If tardiness becomes regular, the right to refuse future service is permitted.

For virtual appointments, you will need Facetime or Zoom. You will also need to complete & submit your intake form & photos the day before your appointment.

For in person services, you need nothing but to come as you are. Being makeup free is a plus, but not required. 

Please inform Nourished by Mal if you have any skin infections, an active sunburn, or open sores/lesions on your treatment area, with 24 hour notice, as these are reasons you may need to reschedule your service.

Yes! Please include your needs on your intake form. We can customize your appointment to your unique skin.

Yes! I offer virtual holistic consultations that can be done anywhere in the US. 

No! Although skincare is my passion, I also offer & love lash lifts, brow laminations, & facial waxing services! 

Due to liability & our insurance requirements, please do not bring a guest to your appointment. The treatment room is not a safe space for children due to chemicals & tools used during your treatment. The only exception to this rule is if you are a guardian to a minor getting a service. 

Once a product leaves Nourished by Mal, it can not ethically be resold. Due to this, products are nonrefundable. Please purchase with the understanding that there is a possibility of reaction to any product on the market. If you feel like a product is not working for your skin, please reach out to Nourished by Mal, we can help ensure you are using the product correctly. 

Nourished by Mal always strives to give you a great experience! If you feel unhappy with your results or experience, please express your concerns. Although Nourished by Mal cannot offer refunds for services rendered, we will try our hardest to make it right.
