Do you offer pregnancy/breastfeeding, oncology, or allergy-safe treatments?
In the event that you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we ask you to give at least 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in a 50% off service fee charged to your card on file. This does apply to all situations, including emergencies. You can make changes to your appointment by referring to your original confirmation email or text. No-call/no-shows are not tolerated at Nourished by Mal. This will result in a full service fee charge and you will no longer be accepted as a client at Nourished by Mal.
What is your cancellation policy?
Communication is everything for virtual progress! You will have your provider's personal number where you are able to ask general questions and send pictures whenever you need support. If you sign up for the Cleared by Mal program, you have follow-up Zoom calls included in your package, where we are able to track your progress together! There is also a Virtual Follow-Up option for clients who did not sign up for the program but would like to reserve a Zoom call to check in or make adjustments with your provider.
How do I keep you updated on my skin progress virtually?
Prior to your virtual appointment, you will fill out an in-depth intake form. You will be sent a Zoom link prior to our meeting time. During your Zoom meeting, we will go over your form, skin history, products, diet, lifestyle factors, and more! After gathering all the information we can, you will receive a PDF Guide that has a perfectly curated routine suggestion, product usage instructions, and a full book of tips & tricks to help you achieve the skin of your dreams! If you signed up for the Cleared by Mal program, we will schedule your included follow-ups during your initial consultation. NOTE: We are able to accommodate sooner virtual appointments! We encourage you to book the soonest available, then you will be contacted via text to see if we can find a sooner time to meet with you.
How does the Virtual program work?
Each product varies in size but all products will last 2-6 months before you need to repurchase.
How often will I have to reorder my products?
Yes! We would be honored to help you in your skin journey. We offer Virtual options for anybody in the United States.

Where are you located?
Nourished by Mal specializes in acne but we love to help with age management, pigmentation, sensitive, dry skin, rosacea-type skin, or just to make your skin as healthy as possible! If you have skin, we can help you!
What skin concerns can you help me with?
Nourished by Mal is by appointment only. Hours vary week to week but we are generally open between the hours of 10 am-7 pm.
What are your hours?
Once a product leaves Nourished by Mal, it can not ethically be resold. Due to this, products are nonrefundable. Please purchase with the understanding that there is a possibility of reaction to any product on the market. If you feel like a product is not working for your skin, please reach out to Nourished by Mal, we can help ensure you are using the product correctly. If a product was shipped to you and was stolen or lost, you must file a claim with the delivery service. Once a product is marked “Delivered”, Nourished by Mal is unable to replace the contents.
What is your return policy?
Due to liability & our insurance requirements, please do not bring a guest to your appointment. The treatment room is not a safe space for children due to the chemicals & tools used during your treatment. The only exception to this rule is if you are a guardian or medical aid of the client being serviced.
Can I bring my child, friend, or family to my appointment?
Although skin is our passion, Nourished by Mal also offers brow services.
Do you only offer skin services?
