Please discontinue using skin prescriptions & retinoids such as Tretinoin, Tazoratene, Adapalene, Retinol, and similar products for 3 days leading up to your scheduled treatment. Be sure to avoid exfoliators including masks, waxing, scrubs, acids, AHAs, BHAs, makeup wipes, cleansing brushes, or exfoliating pads 3 days prior to your visit. This will ensure the health and integrity of your skin while allowing us to give you the best treatment during our scheduled time. This is not required for consultations.
Please refrain from purchasing or repurchasing any new products prior to your appointment. Your provider will be happy to recommend you corrective products that are perfect for your unique skin and we don’t want you to waste any more money on products that may not be right for your skin or your skin goals.
In the event that you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we ask you to give at least 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in a 50% of service fee charged to your card on file. This does apply to all situations, including emergencies. You can make changes to your appointment by referring to your original confirmation email or text. No-call/no-shows are not tolerated at Nourished by Mal. This will result in a full service fee charge and you will no longer be accepted as a client at Nourished by Mal.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. We recommend planning accordingly for any weather or traffic delays. If you are 15+ minutes late, this will result in a cancellation fee and your appointment will need to be rescheduled. If you anticipate a late arrival, please notify us as soon as possible by texting 402-819-7610.
